HOW TO CONTRIBUTE TO COOPER FOR KANAWHA COUNTY CLERK

Would you like to contribute to Cooper for Kanawha County Clerk? The candidate welcomes contributions from individuals in any amount, such as $5.00, $10.00, $50.00, or $100.00. Under West Virginia election law, the maximum contribution that is permitted is $1,000.00. Please note: Political contributions to Cooper for Kanawha County Clerk are NOT deductible for federal or state income tax purposes. All individual contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by another person.

If you’d like to contribute, please follow the following procedure:

(1) Write a check made payable to Cooper for Kanawha County Clerk.
(2) If the check does not list your name, address, and telephone number, please attach a note that provides this information.
(3) If the check exceeds $250.00, please list your occupation and employer on the same note.
(4) Place both the check and the note in a stamped envelope that is addressed to Cooper for Kanawha County Clerk, 3015 Ridgeview Drive, South Charleston, WV 25303, and mail it.
